Currently, our attention is directed towards establishing a Labor Management Committee to address the matter of geographical pay differentials. Recognizing the significance of this issue, we are diligently working towards its resolution.

Given the absence of a pre-existing Labor Management Committee, our efforts are focused on its formation. The Division 186 Council is actively engaged in collaboration with our E-board member and field representative to expedite the establishment of this committee.

Rest assured, we are committed to fostering a transparent and collaborative environment through the formation of the Labor Management Committee. Updates regarding its progress will be communicated in due course.
